Following our transition due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, there have been a few changes made. Please take the following into an account when booking your consultation.
- New Clients - Please start
by choosing a complimentary virtual consultation and filling out the
new client form completely and to the best of your ability.
- DUE TO COVID-19 - ALL clients are required to attend their appointment alone - NO EXTRA GUESTS are allowed at this time. All clients are REQUIRED to wear a mask REGARDLESS of Vaccination Status. Hand sanitizer and hand washing facility is available for disinfection. You must disinfect upon entering the salon. If you have had symptoms within the 5 days leading to your appointment, we ask that you reschedule in a timely fashion. If you are found to be symptomatic for ANY transmissible illness, your appointment will be canceled on the spot. You will be required to reschedule when you no longer present any symptoms.
- OUR TEAM IS GROWING - To accommodate everyone in a timely fashion, we have hired new technicians who will be able to service you and allow for more appointment availability . KEEKS will only be available for INSTALLATIONS going forward. Maintenance/Wash/Styling/Removal appointments will be scheduled with a Trained Junior Tech/Stylist. COVID-19 - While employees are not required to disclose their negative or vaccination status to clients, strict measures will be enforced to lower transmission including temperature checks, sanitation and masks. Any employee presenting symptoms will not be able to provide service and your appointment will be rescheduled in a timely fashion or you will be scheduled with another tech for the same appointment time.
- Existing and New Maintenance/Wash/Styling Removal Only Clients - Please contact us directly to schedule. Payment for these appointments must be made in full upfront, with the exception of hourly appointments which will require a deposit equal to one hour of service. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED for Appointment payments. CASH IS ONLY ACCEPTED FOR TIPS.
CASH APP AND ZELLE PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED FOR THE FINAL BALANCE OF THE SERVICE OR TIPS ONLY. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CASH APP OR ZELLE PAYMENTS FOR DEPOSITS OR HAIR PURCHASES.
