Following our transition due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, there have been a few changes made. Please take the following into an account when booking your consultation.
- Hair will no longer be included with all procedures. You must have your own hair or purchase hair from us at VIXENHAUS. You must have hair in your possession before you book an appointment. Ship to Salon option is available for those who have had a consultation and intend on making an appointment with us.
- DUE TO COVID-19 - ALL clients are required to attend their appointment alone - NO EXTRA GUESTS are allowed at this time. All clients are REQUIRED to wear a mask REGARDLESS of Vaccination Status. Hand sanitizer and hand washing facility is available for disinfection. You must disinfect upon entering the salon. If you have had symptoms within the 5 days leading to your appointment, we ask that you reschedule in a timely fashion. If you are found to be symptomatic for ANY transmissible illness, your appointment will be canceled on the spot. You will be required to reschedule when you no longer present any symptoms.
- OUR TEAM IS GROWING - To accommodate everyone in a timely fashion, we have hired new technicians who will be able to service you and allow for more appointment availability . KEEKS will only be available for INSTALLATIONS going forward. Maintenance/Wash/Styling/Removal appointments will be scheduled with a Trained Junior Tech/Stylist. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all employees of MicrolinksNYC will be required to provide a bi-weekly negative COVID test to their supervisor to ensure everyone's protection. While employees are not required to disclose their status to clients, strict measures will be enforced to lower transmission including daily temperature and symptom checks. Any employee presenting symptoms will be asked to stay home and your appointment will be rescheduled in a timely fashion.
- New Clients - Please visit opencall.microlinksnyc.com to find out about and sign up for our next "Open Call Consultation". This open call will discuss and answer all general questions regarding Hair Extensions and how to have your hair done with MicrolinksNYC. You can also book an individual "Online Consultation" or In Person Consultation to have your individual needs addressed. A $60 fee is required for IN PERSON consultations only and is applied towards the balance of your service fee only. If you decline to go with the service, you will be refunded 50% of the fee. This fee cannot be applied to your hair purchase.
- Existing and New Maintenance/Wash/Styling Removal Only Clients - Please book your desired appointment using this booking site. Maintenance/Wash/Styling/Removal appointments will be required to pay the entire appointment upfront via this booking site. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED for Appointment payments. CASH IS ONLY ACCEPTED FOR TIPS.
CASH APP AND ZELLE PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED FOR THE FINAL BALANCE OF THE SERVICE OR TIPS ONLY. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CASH APP OR ZELLE PAYMENTS FOR DEPOSITS OR HAIR PURCHASES.
